We converted a John Deere L100 into a long-frame hotrod by extending the frame forward by two feet. This hotrod-style design is to be loud and powerful with a Briggs & Stratton 27HP OHV (810cc) Professional Series engine, with the muffler replaced with chrome straight pipes to each side; the exhaust exiting just behind each front wheel. A larger pulley was placed on the engine, and a small pulley was placed on the rear transmission to give Scully more speed.
A cut-out wheelbarrow was added to give the lawnmower the hotrod look. To chrome it out by adding 7-inch chrome front lights with smaller skeleton blinkers on each front fender, skeleton decal attachments on the front fenders, white wheel rims to match the decal pinstriping trim work along with the skeleton decals on the sides of the wheelbarrow and lower hood, chrome mirrors with the skeleton hands holding the mirrors, skeleton taillights; with two high charged batteries connected parallel to handle the electrical power. A skeleton head for the shifting lever, a chrome 2.5-gallon gas tank in the rear, and a chrome “ahooga” air-horn in the front.
The frame is painted Black with the body painted in Cherry Red along with the front fenders and lower hood, plus three coats of clear paint to give it a shine and added charm along with the Skelton in the back of trailer that Scully pulls for that bone-chilling fear when it flies past you on the streets.
Trailer Attachment: With the Trailer attachment, Scully can take his dog DUKE along with their Bird, VOLDEMOR, for rides in parades and other events.
